🔮 Flashback // ROOTED

We recently held the first-ever ROOTED retreat — a one-day immersive experience just outside Toronto, created for those ready to pause, realign, and expand. Through breathwork, sound healing, meditative movement, and guided journeying, we explored the edges of consciousness and connection in a space rooted in intention, community, and deep care. Guided by seasoned facilitators and supported by our medicine stack, ROOTED became a portal for clarity, joy, and self-discovery — and this was just the beginning. The next ROOTED is in July. 📡 Transmissions // What Our Friends Think

“Attending ROOTED was truly the most transformative day of my life. From the moment I arrived, I felt held in a sacred, safe space that invited deep self-exploration and heart-centered connection. The facilitators were not only profoundly knowledgeable but also deeply intuitive and compassionate—guiding each of us with such care, presence, and wisdom.

Every aspect of the retreat—from the guided sessions to the embodied practices like breathwork, yoga, and the sound bath—felt like a gentle unfolding of my soul. The medicine was offered with reverence and intentional support, allowing me to access insights and release emotional patterns I didn’t even realize I was carrying.”
